8.The Great Escape
The cat did follow, with silent feet.
The monkey cat, with cunning mind,
Sought to leave the pain behind.
Upon a trunk, it found its way,
A clever route to end the fray.
With nimble paws, it climbed so high,
Reaching for the open sky.
The business cat, in hot pursuit,
Determined not to lose its loot.
But the injured cat, with speed and grace,
Outpaced its foe, in frantic chase.
Despite the pain, it pushed ahead,
A heart of courage, no longer dead.
It reached the top, a view so wide,
While the business cat lagged behind.
The clever cat, with sharp insight,
Knew the dangers of the night.
It fled the scene, with heart so light,
Escaping the predator’s spite.
Believing it would be the feast,
The monkey cat was now the beast.
But the clever cat, with strength and speed,
Outwitted the hunter’s greedy need.
In shadows deep, it found its way,
To safety’s warm, inviting bay.
The night now calm, the chase a tale,
Of courage strong, and clever wail.
So let this story be a sign,
Of wit and strength, in heart divine.
For even in the darkest night,
A clever mind will find the light.
